LOWA 接管 Tecnica 户外鞋类  在美国的分销权

　　美国斯坦福2007年6月4日报道，Lowa鞋类美国分公司总经理Peter Sachs宣布：该公司已获得Tecnica户外鞋类在美国市场的分销权，从2008年1月1日开始实行。

　　Stamford， CT， June 4th， 2007 — Peter Sachs， general manager of Lowa Boots in the U.S.， has Announced tHat the company has acquired distribution rights to the Tecnica Outdoor Footwear Division for the U.S. market， effective January 1， 2008.

　　分销的产品内容包括Tecnica徒步鞋及T-Shoes探险旅行鞋。根据协议的条款，Tecnica将在6月1日至12月31日这个过度期执行所有订货和销售工作。Lowa将集中在市场上销售这两个品牌。Tecnica和Lowa双方正致力于确保对现有零售商的顺利过渡。

　　The division enCompasses both Tecnica Hiking boots and T-Shoes urban adventure Travel Footwear. Under terms of the agreement， Tecnica USA will fulfill all reorder sales during the transition period from June 1 Through December 31. Lowa will concentrate on marketing and selling the two brands’ spring 2008 collections starting at the upcoming Outdoor Retailer Summer Market. Both Tecnica and Lowa are dedicated to ensuring a seamless transition for existing retailers.

　　The Lowa and Tecnica brands are owned by The Tecnica Group， based in Giavera， Italy. “Combining distribution of these brands in the U.S. will provide measuRable efficiencies in sales， accounting， warehousing and customer service，” commented Sachs. “By capitalizing on synergies between Lowa， Tecnica and T-Shoes， I believe tHat this New distribution agreement will enhance the growth of all three brands while allowing Tecnica USA to concentrate on their forMidable Ski Boot and Après Ski Boot Divisions. It will be a win-win for all involved.” Lowa also just took over distribution rights to the Italian X-Socks brand， further strengthening their reach in the Outdoor and Footwear markets. All Products will be headquartered out of Lowa’s Stamford， Connecticut offices and warehouse.
